The Front Street Reconstruction project, PWP-CH-2020-348, consists of a full reconstruction of Front Street from Maine Street to Humboldt Street, as well as Esmeralda Street from Front Street to Fairview Street. The project includes the demolition and removal of the existing roadway, installation of new curb, gutter, sidewalk and paving, electric, water and sewer utility improvements, grading and storm drain improvements, and street lighting.
