The Downtown Streetscape Phase 4 Project, PWP-CH-2020-085, consists of a full reconstruction of Maine Street from just south of Front Street to Tolas Place. The project includes the demolition and removal of the existing roadway, installation of new curb, gutter, sidewalk and paving, electric, water and sewer utility improvements, grading and storm drain improvements, street lighting, landscaping and on-street parking. This project is the fifth and final of the streetscape projects, which included improvements on Maine Street from Williams Avenue to Tolas Place and Center Street from Carson Street to West Park Street.
